How to Use Advanced File Recovery?

Advanced File Recovery helps retrieve lost/deleted documents, text files, archives, images, audio, and video files from internal & external /removable disk drives. Once the product is launched, scan the storage device for lost or deleted files.

You can select the hard disk partitions by clicking on the Hard Disk Drives.

However, you need to select the Removable option to choose the external drive.

Note:   If you read No Device found under the Removable option, the drive is not connected. Therefore, before launching Advanced File Recovery, connect the removable drive, and let the PC read it. After that, launch the recovery tool to scan the connected storage device for lost or deleted documents, images, audio, or video files.
